Nanocircuits based on Advanced CMOS Architectures:

We explore the use of DG-MOSFETs and FinFETs for novel circuits that result in improvements in CMOS circuits functionality, area, power and speed without resorting to additional transistors. These translates to reconfigurable digital architectures and tunable/adaptive analog circuit blocks in a wide range of applications from wireless communication systems to compact sensors and from ultra-compact logic circuits to novel multi-value logic and memory-in-logic architectures.
