Kaya group is a part of Nano-Opto-Bio Electronics Laboratory (NOBEL) at the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, Ohio University, as well as Nanoscale & Quantum Phenomena Institute (NQPI). Our group specializes a wide range of device technologies based on nano and micro architectures using both experimental and modeling tools. The active research projects incorporate design of nanoscale SOI CMOS devices and circuits, growth of nanostructures and membranes, design nd fabrication of nanosensors development and nanosystems.
